The Crosbyton Chamber of Commerce welcomed Vaqueros Mexican Restaurant to Crosbyton with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, April 9, 2015. The restaurant owners are Erica and Jesse Campuzano. Erica would like to invite all of Crosby County to dine with them. Vaqueros is located at 806W. Main St. in Crosbyton; and will be serving Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Their breakfast menu includes breakfast burritos, and six choices of breakfast plates. There are hamburgers, salads, and chicken fried steak. However, Erica says her specialty is Mexican Food with the taste from her home city of San Antonio. Call in orders to (806)-675-0029. Mick and Lupe Suldano, owners of Handmade Rustic, are the newest members of the Crosbyton Chamber of Commerce. The Suldanos have restored one of Crosbyton’s aging storefronts to follow their logo of “Where Elegance Meets Country”. You will truly find just that at Handmade Rustic: lovely art, delicious coffee at the coffee bar, rustic furniture, elegant soaps, and unique wooden bowls from mesquite and other woods. Drop by 111 West Aspen Street some Saturday morning for coffee, good conversation, and the chance to do some true, high-end shopping in Crosbyton.
